TGTC combines fun and fitness programs in a very clean, safe, and professional environment. All classes are supervised by the former Olympian gymnast, Jay Javad Khorsand, with 35 years of experience in gymnastics. TGTC's coaching staff is certified, professional, and very experienced with current skills and latest techniques in the sports of gymnastics. Our qualified staff teaches gymnastics skills through fun filled physical activities from the recreational level to the elite level.
